2. Service Description

Awinst Connect provides prepaid digital eSIM packages for mobile data services only.
Our eSIMs do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS functionality.
Service coverage depends on participating network operators in each country. Coverage and quality may vary depending on location, device compatibility, and other factors beyond our control.
Supported devices and countries are listed on our website. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
The eSIM data packages from Awinst Connect are offered as-is; no further modifications or customization can be made after purchase.
Awinst Connect reserves the right to change operators or supported countries without prior notice.
Prices for eSIM bundles may change without prior notice due to changes by mobile network operators.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
An account may be created with a valid email address or via approved login methods.
By creating an account, you consent to receiving essential service communications (transactional emails, service notices). Marketing emails require separate consent under GDPR.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

Any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Actions that could damage, disrupt, or overload our networks or those of our partners.
Reselling, redistributing, or otherwise exploiting our services for commercial purposes without our consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect misuse or illegal activity.

5. Service Availability & Limitations

Service quality depends on external factors, including local network infrastructure, operator agreements, and geographic or atmospheric conditions.
We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or regulatory reasons. We will attempt to minimize disruptions.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party operators or factors outside our control.
eSIMs are delivered without PIN protection by default; you are responsible for managing access on your device.
You acknowledge and accept that Awinst Connect liability under these Terms is limited strictly to the provision of its Services. Awinst Connect shall in no event be liable for the actual quality, disruption, or discontinuity of the roaming partners’ telecommunications networks or the actual delivery of service by roaming partners, including whether or not an end user is able to use the Service.

6. Prices, Payments & Taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR) depending on the country from which you access our website.
Upon first login and registration, you must select the preferred payment currency (USD or EUR). Once chosen, the currency cannot be changed later in your personal account.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in advance (prepaid) and may be made via credit/debit card, Stripe, Google Play, or other methods displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions, if available, renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid.

7. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, digital content/services normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by purchasing and activating an eSIM package, you expressly agree that the service will begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once activation occurs.
If you purchase but do not activate an eSIM, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
All sales of activated eSIM packages are final and non-refundable.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms.
Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
Your device is reported lost or stolen.
We are required to do so by law, regulation, or competent authority.

We may also terminate services for inactivity: if an eSIM remains unused for more than 12 months, it may be considered expired and any remaining balance forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Awinst Connect website, app, and content are owned by Reint Wood OÜ, registered number 14051975, Veskiposti tn 2, Tallinn, Estonia 10138.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services solely for personal use.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, including your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection.
By using our services, you consent to such processing in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party operators, device incompatibility, or factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

You may submit disputes for online resolution via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence under applicable EU law.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
