1. Overview
At Awinst Connect, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their mobile data experience.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund for data plans and top-ups purchased through our website or mobile application (the “Platform”).
Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if the data plan or top-up has not been activated, used, or expired.
Once a data plan has been activated — including by scanning or installing the eSIM profile, connecting to a network, or otherwise initiating data use — or has expired, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
By activating your plan, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital service and waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2019/770/EU on digital content and services.
3. Technical Issues
If a confirmed technical malfunction occurs due to an issue on the Awinst Connect platform, you may submit a refund request within 24 hours of the issue.
Our support team will investigate each case individually. Refunds cannot be granted for issues beyond our control, such as:

Device incompatibility or locked devices;

Limited or unstable network coverage in the user’s location;

Incorrect plan, region, or country selection;

Third-party app or system errors;
-
Misuse or incorrect installation of the eSIM profile.
If the technical issue is confirmed to be caused by Awinst Connect, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form available on the Awinst Connect Platform. https://awinstconnect.com/contact
Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the following currency and payment method rules:
For purchases of $5.00 USD or less / €5.00 EUR or less (or the equivalent amount in any other displayed currency, calculated using the exchange rate applied at checkout), the customer agrees that any approved refund may be issued as account credit added to the customer's Awinst Connect wallet, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
For purchases exceeding $5.00 USD / €5.00 EUR, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction in the currency processed by the payment provider at the time of the original purchase.
Awinst Connect is not responsible for any differences in the amount ultimately received by the customer resulting from foreign exchange rate fluctuations, currency conversion rates, bank charges, payment provider fees, or other third-party processing costs incurred during the refund process.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Log into your Awinst Connect account.

Open the Contact Form and select “Refund Request.”

Provide your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Await confirmation of receipt — we’ll follow up by email once your case is reviewed.
6. Legal Notice
This Refund Policy complies with:

EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights;

EU Directive 2019/770/EU on digital content and digital services; and
-
U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) standards on fair refund and cancellation practices.
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable national or international law.
