Can I Get a Refund for Awinst Connect Services?
At Awinst Connect, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a transparent refund policy for our data plans. To qualify for a refund, certain conditions must be met. Before purchasing, please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and fully carrier-unlocked.
Refund Policy for Data Plans and Top-Ups
Refunds for Awinst Connect data plans and top-ups purchased via our website or app can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the plan has not been activated, used, or expired. Once a data plan has been used or has expired, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted, unless the issue is due to a confirmed technical malfunction of the Awinst Connect platform. In such cases, the issue must be reported within 1 hour of its occurrence using the contact form on our platform.
Our support team will evaluate your request and provide a response within 15 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
For purchases under €10, refunds are provided in the form of account credits and added to your wallet balance on the Awinst Connect platform, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
