Information We May Directly Request

To comply with regulations, we may ask for your identification (such as an ID or Passport) and the address you provided during registration. This information is necessary for verification to grant access to outgoing calls and SMS services.

Information That Is Not Collected but Used Directly on Your Device

  • Contacts Collection: We securely gather your contacts data to facilitate call and SMS functions within our App, ensuring this data is used solely within the App and not shared or transmitted elsewhere.
  • Image Information: We use image data for key functionalities within the App, such as QR code scanning, guaranteeing that your image data remains exclusively within the App and is not shared or transmitted externally.

2)  HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our Apps for a variety of business purposes described below. 5) DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Our servers are located in the EU and the USA. The Apps may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services, or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Apps. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

8) HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
