To support this growth, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead market development, optimize the product, and manage cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Entering new markets

Define and prioritize target sales markets for the first year, including sequencing for international rollout.

Analyze promising markets, tailoring the product to local regulatory and user needs.

Develop actionable, region-specific market entry strategies aligned with company objectives.
Marketing & Promotion

Design and implement global marketing campaigns to boost product awareness and adoption.

Assemble and lead a team of freelance marketing specialists, justifying recruitment based on skill.

Manage marketing budgets with clear cost-benefit analysis and resource allocation.

Track and evaluate advertising effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

Benchmark competitor marketing tools and campaigns to uncover strategic advantages.
Product Development & Optimization

Monitor competitors, emerging startups, and new technologies to inform strategic positioning.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to guide product refinement.

Translate user needs and market trends into clear technical specifications for developers.

Lead continuous innovation cycles to ensure product-market fit.
Financial Planning & Management

Develop and maintain an annual financial plan, overseeing operational budgets and cash flow.

Ensure financial predictability and stability through accurate planning and reporting.

Produce detailed monthly financial reports to assess business performance.
Operational Excellence

Oversee implementation and use of CRM tools to streamline customer interaction.

Collect and analyze user feedback to improve UX and service delivery.

Encourage and manage review systems to drive public trust and reputation.

Manage team schedules and reporting to ensure performance transparency.
Customer Engagement & Support

Interact directly with customers when needed, including phone-based support.

Oversee chatbot performance, ensuring smooth and responsive automated communication.
Unit Economics

Track and optimize performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (CLTV).

Assess product profitability and sustainability based on unit economics.
Mid-term Growth & Innovation

Identify new product opportunities that extend the core offering.

Explore innovative models such as subscriptions or specialized connectivity (e.g., eSIM for vehicles, security systems, portable IoT devices).
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Product Manager in IT, digital services, or telecommunications.

Deep understanding of international market dynamics and successful experience in bringing a product to market.

Skilled in marketing strategy, performance measurement, and remote team leadership.

Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost modeling.
