Product manager role overview
This is a fully remote Product Manager role focused on growth and international expansion. You will own key product and growth initiatives, working closely with marketing, development, and external partners to scale a global connectivity product.
Key responsibilities
Market Strategy & International Expansion
- Define and prioritize target markets, including sequencing for international rollout.
- Analyze market opportunities and adapt the product to local regulatory and user requirements.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies aligned with business goals.
Marketing & Growth Collaboration
- Define growth strategy and acquisition channels for a global product.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists and partners to execute campaigns aligned with product positioning.
- Own and optimize acquisition funnels (traffic, conversion, activation).
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve go-to-market strategy.
- Benchmark competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Product Development & Optimization
- Monitor competitors and technologies to inform product strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve UX and conversion.
- Translate user needs into product requirements for the development team.
- Drive continuous product iteration to achieve product-market fit.
Unit Economics & Analytics
- Track key metrics including CAC, LTV (CLTV), and conversion rates.
- Evaluate product profitability using data-driven analysis.
Operational & Customer Insights
- Use CRM and analytics tools to improve customer experience and retention.
- Analyze user feedback to inform product and growth decisions.
- Stay close to customer behavior to guide product improvements.
Growth & Innovation
- Identify new product opportunities within eSIM and connectivity.
- Explore new business models such as subscriptions and IoT solutions.
Qualifications & skills
- Product Manager experience in IT, telecom, or digital services.
- Experience with global products and international markets.
- Strong understanding of growth and performance metrics.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.
