1. Digital Delivery Only (No Physical Shipping)

Awinst Connect provides prepaid digital eSIM packages for mobile data services only. We do not ship physical SIM cards, and no physical delivery to a residential or business address is required. All products are delivered strictly in digital format.

2. Delivery Cost

Digital delivery is entirely free of charge ($0.00 / €0.00). There are no shipping fees, handling costs, or hidden processing charges applied to the delivery of your eSIM profile.

3. Delivery Methods & Timeframe

Upon successful completion and confirmation of your payment, your eSIM data, including the QR code and detailed activation instructions, will be delivered instantly via the following digital channels:

  • On-Screen Display: Displayed immediately on your device screen on the checkout confirmation page.
  • Customer Dashboard: Accessible at any time inside your personal account on our Platform under the "Latest Activations" section via awinstconnect.com/user/dashboard
  • Email Delivery: Sent directly to the email address provided during checkout or registration.

In most cases, delivery is instant (within seconds after payment approval). However, in certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment authorization reviews, fraud prevention checks, technical maintenance, network interruptions, or other circumstances beyond Awinst Connect's reasonable control. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

4. What to Do if Delivery is Delayed

If you do not receive your email confirmation or if the eSIM profile does not appear in your Dashboard within 15 minutes of a completed transaction, please:

  • Check your Email "Spam" or "Promotions" folders.
  • Ensure your internet connection is active.
  • Contact our customer support team immediately through the Contact Form available on the Platform for prompt manual verification.

5. Device Compatibility Prerequisite

Before completing a purchase, the customer is solely responsible for verifying that their mobile device is carrier-unlocked and technically supports eSIM technology.

Device compatibility information is provided for convenience only and does not constitute a guarantee of compatibility with every device model or software configuration.

Refund eligibility in cases involving device incompatibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

6. Proof of Delivery

Delivery of an eSIM package shall be deemed completed when the eSIM profile, QR code, activation details, or related access credentials become available through any of the delivery channels described in this Policy, including the checkout confirmation page, customer dashboard, or registered email address.
